A lot of people have them, myself personally only about my own personal life. It probably just means I'm a selfish person; if I were a good person, I would probably have dreams about the grander scheme of things. Actually, no, I have had premonition dreams believe it or not. If you're interested read on;

1) Sometime this century, the state of Israel will fall. But it will not be by Arab hands, or even Mizrahi Jewish, or even western, Asian, or African, it will be by the lost tribes. The Hebrew people are still alive, and they are trapped within Arab countries, enslaved both by the unwritten Arab caste system, and Islam, they have forgotten who they are. However in the near future, a man will help them remember.

2) I had a dream in which I saw the Jewish messiah. Many observers and thinkers have long criticized Christianity as being a false faith, owing to questionable origins, and primarily Muslim scholars have made compelling arguments that Jesus never claimed to be the Messiah. Indeed, a prophet in the Old Testament rose from the dead after being dead not for 3 days, but 3 years, he was already nothing but bones and dust when he revived. Per the true identity of Jesus, he was a prophet in the same vein as Ezekiel, but not a Muslim one. I did not see his face, but I do remember this; the man was very powerful, he had the strongest, most intimidating pressence of any man I had ever seen. Picture someone, about 1,000 times more charismatic than Bruce Lee, 1,000 times tougher than Chuck Norris, and 1,000 times more intimidating than a young Clint Eastwood. The thing I remember most vividly about him, is that he just EXUDED tremendous maleness, however he wasn't evil. All I saw in the two dreams in which I saw him, was his back, and his beautiful wife standing behind him a woman so beautiful, she can not be compared to anyone. She was the same type of woman as actress Natalie Portman, only vastly more beautiful; not saying she ressembled her, she was that "type." She was a stunning woman whose hair reached to her waist, very feminine, and exceedingly kind and mature beyond her years. In the second dream in which I saw the Jewish messiah, all I saw was his face but from far away, I could not see him clearly. From what little I could make out he was a very handsome man, roughly in his 40's, and sitting to his left was none other than Jesus. Apparently, the pharisees of old had been resurrected, and true to the Bible's prophecy, evil people from throughout human history were being judged by him. I saw leaders from all over the world, but primarily the western and Arab worlds, in chains, awaiting what was a fate worse than execution. I then remember hearing Jesus saying "my brethren, this is the man I warned you about, the son of man; although you were evil men, you were still family, and I tried to save you." Jesus was confirming, what he had been sent to do; namely try to save corrupt Jews. The "son of man," will not be the Orthodox Rabbi or Jewish religious authority's personal lap dog as their prophecy predicts, but for the corrupt among themselves, the messiah, will be their executioner.

3) Another major "world event" dream I had was by far the most disturbing, even creepy at least until the end. I was on a residential liner, a massive liner the size of an oil tanker, divided into 3 decks. The lower decks were made up of an ethnic group, not hispanic, not black, and not a mixture of either in terms of race mixing but rather an amalgam of both. They worked in early 18th century London like conditions, shoveling into furnaces, that seemed to burn nothingness, I can't quite describe it. They shoveled coals into bottomless furnaces; every load of coal they shoveled in there, it just vanished, it did not seem to feed a flame, nor did the activity seem to have any purpose, they just shoveled and shoveled. They were also sad, beleaguered men, who, despite their sadness, just kept shoveling. The middle decks was an eerie image of an office, that was a labyrinth of papers. Papers, papers, and more papers, documents everywhere, and people running and scrambling to arrange them. The papers themselves had nothing on them though; they were just blank pages. The top deck was a cross between a luxury resort for wealthy people, a national park, and a strip mall. It was quite breath taking actually, just surreal luxury, and everything just gleamed. The people on the top deck though, they seemed to be covered in skin made out of plastic, and, the spookiest part of the dream, is that they were all emotionless, like manequins but not quite manequins. They were human, but not human, and it looked like their skin was made up of some sort of smooth plastic. I think the whole idea here being "fake." The top deck, was full of fake people, people who weren't real. I reached the Bridge, and get to meet the crew of the ship. Strong, highly self confident, but arrogant men, convinced they are running a good ship that will never be sunk. Seeing as how I am apparently stuck on the ship I ask the captain for work, but he refuses to talk to me. I think its either one of the officers, or the second in command who tells me I can stay, but I am not allowed to work. I angrily tell him I wish to work but they won't let me. They yell out "all aboard," and how the ship is ready to set sail, and then I dejected, I plop down for a while but then I stand back up curious to know what the name of the ship is. When I look around, I find a name, that struck me with terror. The name of the ship I was on, was called "The United States of Pequod." Experiencing an intense fear that I had not felt in a long time, I had felt a worse fear but this came close, with surreal desperation bordering on madness, I frantically ran about the ship begging to be let off but no one was wanting help me. I look overboard to see that the waters are full of sharks. I do not actually see the sharks, but their sillouettes on the water, seemingly waiting for me. Obviously the reason I am running about frantically is that I was probably asking if I could AT LEAST grab a life boat and row my way to shore or something. As it turned out though, to my greater terror, the ship had no life boats, or even life preservers or vests. The captain was so convinced the ship could not be sunk, he apparently didn't bother with them. Driven by panic, I ran as fast as I could and jumped overboard. I swam as hard as I could to shore, but then my strength gave out and I was about to drown, then I felt a strong hand grab me by my back neck collar of the jacket I was wearing, and, when I am lifted up on the dock, a grizzled and scruffy looking old sailor, whose skin was swarthy from being out at sea his entire life simply told me "you did good son." With that the dream ended. As you well know, "The Pequod" is a ship that is mentioned in the book "Moby Dick." I was terrified beyond words when I saw the name "The United States of Pequod," because the dream is obviously a bad omen for this country. In the dream, the ship I was on was in no way portrayed as either good or evil, nevertheless, the word I would use is blind. How would you feel, if you knew you were on a doomed ship? If you have ever read "Moby Dick," or seen any of the movies, you know what will happen to the Pequod. The dream was apparently telling me that America's leadership is much like Captain Ahab; part Job, part Faust. Who or what is "Moby Dick?" Its POSSIBLE, its the Jewish messiah. Melville strongly implies, that Moby Dick's whiteness, is not because of pallor, but it represents purity. Here's the symbolism; the Pequod is a doomed ship, where most of the crew are good but blind men, led by a maniacal, obsessed captain. They say to themselves they are just doing their job as whalers, when they know full well, Moby Dick, is not a run-of-the-mill whale. They keep working anyway, knowing they're doomed. Moby Dick, the whale itself, is above all a symbol of purity, the novel is unique, in that we are seeing the story from the perspective of the villains. Melville was a genius, in that he conveyed the loneliness, but at the same time arrogant contempt for others, that consumes evil people. Evil people tend to be emotionally broken, but at the same time, you can not sympathize with them. Granted Ahab suffered a lot, but should an entire ship full of men have to die over what HE suffered? Captain Ahab, to English and Literature teachers across the entire Anglosphere, has become synonymous with evil. Moby Dick is deliberately made powerful by Melville, to show that the force that will stop it, the force that will sink the Pequod, will be pure. Melville says of the whale's whiteness, that it is the absessence of color. He also points out, that prostitutes add color to their faces, to hide the rotten skin beneath; the more rotten a woman is, the more make up she uses. The whale Moby Dick is pure, but it is also very powerful, the novel implies in many places, that it could have sunken the Pequod whenever it wished, the sequence is certainly in the movies. Moby Dick gives Ahab several chances to go home, that Ahab never takes. In the end, there is only one survivor, a man named Ishmael. In my dream (lol) I wasn't interested in being the survivor, I got off the @#$%$%$ ship!

Perhaps, the Jewish messiah won't be a lion in human form, but more like Moby Dick.

All of the great white whale's strength and power, but in the form of a man. Indeed, the sperm whale is the mightiest of all predators; mightier than the lion, the shark, the tiger, nothing matches it's strength. The whiteness of the whale could be symbolic of the Messiah's purity, and one thing more, the novel mentions that Moby Dick is covered with scars, playing into mind the Jewish idea that their messiah will be a man whose life will be rife with suffering.

Was Herman Melville psychic? They say, men who have brushes with death, acquire psychic ability. Whaling, is a very dangerous job, even today, it was even more dangerous in Melville's time. The novel "Moby Dick" could in fact be a warning, and Melville had a very good reasn to write it. Melville's grandfather and father, both fought in the revolutionary war; Herman Melville loved the United States, more than Abraham Lincoln. He passionately loved this country, and was a true patriot if there ever was one. The reasn he was dissapointed from the book's marginal success, is because, as a psychic, he was horrified that no one in his day was perceptive enough to heed his warning. He even makes the symbolism obvious.

The Pequod represents all the evils of capitalism. Captain Ahab, prior to his encounter with Moby Dick, was one of the best whalers in the world, he hates Moby Dick not because the whale is evil, but because it hurt his pride.

Moby Dick, the infamous white whale, could indeed be symbolic of the Jew's own messiah. The future king of Israel may not in fact be a lion of a man, but a sperm whale of a man, rather; all of the beast's strength and power, alongside great purity. The evil nasty men of the pequod what do they feel, when the subject comes to the white whale? Fear, a very intense fear. They are afraid of an animal, that will only hurt them if they keep hunting it.

Was Herman Melville psychic, and is indeed "Moby Dick" a warning? Was Melville in fact trying to save America?

For what its worth, when the writting of Moby Dick was arranged Bible Code style, its first few pages predict the Kennedy Assassination. Apparently Melville felt, that presidential assassination would mark the begining of the United State's downfall.

Food for thought.
