No, wine does NOT contain acetic acid. Wine is made by anaerobic (= without oxygen) fermentation of grape sugars to alcohol and carbon dioxide done by yeast cells, chemically written as: C6H12O6 --> 2C2H5OH + 2 CO2

If however at the end of fermentation some air is let into the fermentation vessel, then some acetate forming bacteria (Acetobacter spp.) start to oxidise the ethanol, C2H5OH, using 1 molecule oxygen to form acetic acid (C2H4O2) and water, H2O.

This is a serious spoilage of the wine, it becomes undrinkable (sour taste).
