Yes, it does. Just leave off the boolprop part. Enter "testingCheatsenabled true" into the panel. It allows you to slide the mood bars, and adds context menu items when you click things.

for that to work you need to have the sims 2 university expansion pack. when you go to university, if you become friends with three members of the secret society you become a member.
