Just remember Chewing Gum too much causes teeth to flex.
So, if you have fillings, you may end up having those fillings to leak and fail.
As a result, the rest of the teeth may get decayed over time.

Yes Chewing sugarless gum can help remove plaque after a meal because it stimulates the production of saliva. But it is not as good as brushing and flossing.and gum taste better.
