As long as it is sugar free it should be fine.
Just remember Chewing Gum too much causes teeth to flex.
So, if you have fillings, you may end up having those fillings to leak and fail.
As a result, the rest of the teeth may get decayed over time.

∙ 15y agoYes Chewing sugarless gum can help remove plaque after a meal because it stimulates the production of saliva. But it is not as good as brushing and flossing.and gum taste better.
