Coke is not generally used to make flowers last longer. Clear sodas like 7-up and Sprite mixed with water and a couple drops of bleach help make flowers last.

No. Colored sodas do not change the color of a white flower. Any soda can makes the flower die because sodas have acid and sugar which can make a flower die.
if you have a full grown flower then stick it in the fridge normally but if its a smaller flower you can put it in a baggie with a tiny bit of water and put it in the fridge and it will stay fresh for maybe a week or so.
A bit of juice or soda can help feed a flower including carnations.
