Generally no to the first question, and sort of to the second. A decent college will be much more rigorous than high school, that is you have to do more, and more in depth. You might take English composition or American history, but there will be much more to the subject than you dealt with in high school, and your personal responsibilities for doing research and getting your own work done will be much greater. In math and science, you will be taking on entirely new topics. If there is already a subject that you have mastered by the time you finish high school, consider taking an advanced placement class, so you can go on to more advanced topics earlier. As to part two, many high schools let you take courses at a local college as you become more advanced, and those will usually count toward your college graduation. Check with your guidance counselor, who will know how these details apply to you much better than some blowhard on the internet.
