∙ 15y agoDiabetics are generally subject to fungal infections of the genital area and the mouth , specially if the blood sugar is not under control. The reasons are excess sugar in the urine and the difficulty in maintaining absolute dryness in the genital area. Do not apply any OTC (over the counter creams) but meet a doctor. He will assess your diabetic state and do what is needed
