Yes for sure. As a matter of fact, more than 70% of muscle consists of water. An adequate intake of water will ensure proper transportation of nutrients to all parts of the body, especially to muscles.

Yes, but not perhaps in the way you might think. Milk contains a lot of calcium (which helps bones grow) and contains a lot of proteins, fats and sugars (lactose). It's the sugars and proteins that really do the job of building muscles because they get broken down and used for "parts" that later become muscles. Of course, any food product does the same to a greater or lesser extent.

yes, milk is a good source of protein, which is essential to building muscle. The best source of protein is in protein supplements such as powders or bars. However, if these are too costly or not accessible, then whole foods that are high in protein and still a healthy choice are milk, eggs and chicken.

Milk is an excellent source of protein. The protein in milk is 80% casein and 20% whey. Casein digests very slowly so the best time to drink milk for its protein content is before the gym and before bed.

Yes it does. It gives your muscles need nutrition it to grow. Fruit and vegetables highly recommended. Make sure you are giving your body the right amount of vitamins to help it expand. Over eating and excessive working out may cause your body to "bloat" if you over do it, thus giving a over bulky non athletic build which will be bad in the long run.

Muscle Milk is a diet supplement, not a replacement for milk. It proposes to help build strength and endurance. Nutritional label notes that 11oz of Muscle Milk provides 20 g of protein, 7 g fat, 300 gsodium, 800 g of potassium. It is not FDA approved.
