As long as it is back up to the temperature that is required to apply it when you use it, usually 50F+ an oil-based alkyd paint should be fine. Make sure that the paint is smooth with no clumps after a thorough mixing. If so, it should be okay to use.

If it is in a tightly sealed container, it is fine. It will not freeze.
