Oranges do raise blood sugar. Anything that has sugar (carbohydrates) will raise your blood sugar.

Basically, everything raises your blood sugar except:

- Meats

- Cheeses

- Eggs

- Some vegetables raise your blood sugar an insignificant ammount if taken in daily recommend values.

- Couple more specific examples. You could ask (or someone you know, however this questions applies to you :p) can ask their endocrinologist for a full list, or you could just Google: "Foods without carbohydrates" and "Food with carbohydrates"*

*Even though all food have some form of carbs, if you type those in, you'll find what your looking for xD
