Of course healthy food has more nutrients. Unrefined foods, such as vegetables, legumes, fruits, and whole grains, have fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that are often missing from refined or "junk" foods like white flour, white sugar, and butter.
Healthy food provides your body with nutrients that it needs to function and have energy. Junk food lacks nutrients that your body needs. That is why it is called 'junk'. Instead you may be getting food additives that may be tasty, but are of no benefit to you.
junk.... not me
no it is not junk food. i reefer to it as healthy food. but it is kind of sour.
They are both food, and contain some form of nutrients, but very different ones at that. Beyond that, there really aren't many similarities at all.
junk food
no it's not healthy for your body
the kind of food that is not junk food is the food that dont contain that much sugar. candy and sweets are types of junk food. apples broccli carrots and more fruits and veges are healthy. so try to eat healthy and try not to eat that much junk. :)
Yes. Too many calories and not enough nutrition. Your body will be hungry until it gets the nutrients it needs. If you eat lots of junk food, it actually robs your body of nutrients which are needed to process the junk foods. That is why after eating junk food you crave more. If one eats a healthy balanced diet, you don't crave excess food (unless you have a medical condition).
No, it is pure junk food.
that you suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>:)
The junk food is crispy after packing because of airtight packing and it is not good for healthy.
By not eating junk food
