Oddly enough, yes. An interesting side note: When turtles eat a lot of jellyfish, they give off a pheromone that makes sharks frenzy in their presence. Often, the turtles are the main course of the frenzy. Talk about food chain cruelty.

No. Researches and marine biologists have found that loggerhead turtles often prey on the blue bottle jellyfish, which is the second of the most deadliest jellyfish in the world. The loggerhead turtle closes its eyes when its eats the tentacles because they are afraid their eyes will get stung by the jellyfish. The loggerhead is very immune to any jellyfish's sting. These jellyfish often swim away from them!

They have anti-venom in their bodies and when they eat (small) jellyfish, they won't get sick or die. They also swallow them head first and snap the tentacles of once it gets to that part. The "meat" of the jellyfish is very filling but the tentacles are a choking hazard. They obviously don't eat massive jellyfish like a Lion's Mane or dangerous and extremely venomous ones like the Box. I hope that this helps!
