Snow is very difficult to predict so far ahead of time, especially in a place that receives so little. What we can say at this point, however, is that this winter should be very different from the last, and that the overall pattern (moderate La Nina, likely) does not favor more snow than usual in that part of the country.

It's really too early to make that type of prediction. It should be a La Nina winter however, which would not favor snow. La Nina tends to bring warmer and dryer conditions.
