The total amount of calories burned will depend upon the intensity of the activity. If you can workout more intensely for 20 minutes of Zumba then that will burn the most calories, for many this is possible because running may seem harder so they slow down thus burning fewer calories.

it depends. if your on around the speed of 4.3, without stopping (just keep jogging) you'll lose around 200 calories. but that's just me, my treadmill might not be accurate.
