Antibiotics such as Keflex (cephalexin) only interfere with oral contraceptive pills as they affect their absorption into the body and therefore may interfere with the effectiveness of the pill. Injectable contraception such as DepoProvera is NOT effected.
There are no known drug interactions between Keflex and Depo Provera.
