Real mayonnaise, made with oil and eggs is in fact a good all round conditioner. The oil, particularly if it is olive oil has been used by women for centuries. Eggs also are a good source of natural oils and protein and has been in use for a very long time.

I know from personal experience that REAL MAYO is a really good deep treatment for your hair. I have heard that the reason is from the fat in the mayo. I have also heard it be called as a "cholesterol" or "protein" conditioner. Whatever you wanna call it, it works great. It leaves your hair very soft and shiny!!

Yes! Lather it on your hair, put your hair in a shower cap, leave it in for a while, wash it out with shampoo and conditioner (use cold-warm water NOT hot) and it works WONDERS! Trust me! I didn't believe it at first, but it really works :D

It depends how much you use. Six jars of Helmans should do. Do NOT use Extra Light Helmans. It makes your hair fall out.

Real mayonnaise can be good for your hair. However, if you do put any in there, you need to make sure you wash it out before going to bed. You don't want it to spoil in your hair.
