Yes, depending on the dose. Say you have 10mg Oxycodone you can have 325mg-500mg Acetominophen in each dose. The 5mg Oxy's usually have 500mg of Acetominophen. Other names for Oxy's are, Percocet, Percodan, Endocet, and Paracetmol. Roxycodone is the only one with no Acetominophen but very hard to find and Oxycodone itself is highly addictive and most Dr's are no longer prescribing it due to the abuse of people Dr hopping (going to a bunch of Dr's to get the same prescriptions to sell or take themselves). Many pharmacy's are no longer filling those prescriptions anymore either.

oxycodone and acetaminophen are two separate compounds, so no. oxycodone doesn't "contain" acetaminophen. the prescription drug Oxycontin is made of the compound oxycodone, but doesn't contain acetaminophen. oxycodone and acetaminophen are mixed, however, in other narcotic pain relievers such as endocet, percocet, roxicet, etc.
