It depends. Generally, or at least the most common urine test -- it has a "-5" in its name -- only tests for: 1. Cannabis 2. Opiates 3. Amphetamines 4. Cocaine 5. PCP Peyote contains mescaline, which I do not believe will false positive for any of these substances. However, it is important for you to do your own research on this matter.

Unless it is an extensive drug panel test, Mescaline, the active hallucinogen in Peyote is not on a standard drug test panel... If it is for a "high security/risk" job (i.e; military & secret service) --- I don't think a standardized test with show positive.
