In some ways Sakura is stronger. Although Naruto can do techniques like all the variations of Rasengan and the Sage mode, Sakura has great chakra control, and monstrous strength. But when it comes to special techniques, Naruto is stronger.

acording to the 3rd data book her ninjutsu is 6/10 her taijutsu is 6/10 her genjutsu is 7/10 her intelligence is 8/10 her strength is 6/10 her speed is 6/10 her stamina is 5/10 her hand seals are 8/10 which gives her a total of 52/80

∙ 12y agoIt's likely that she is. Sakura was trained by Tsunade, and has a similar affinity for great physical strength (she can crush boulders and landscapes after all!), and she has fought against opponents like members of the Akatsuki.
Karin, on the other hand, is only a shinobi with sensor and healing abilities. She is not known for having monstrous strength, special jutsu or any defining power. And looking at recent episodes, one kick from Danzou knocked her down. So, it's safe to say Sakura is MUCH stronger than Karin.
