Well I am skinny and I started puberty at 9, that is my story my bff is kinda fat she has a lil something their (breasts) but I think it fat I'm not gonna tell her anything cuz' she'll freak and stuff, Sooo to me skinnier people go through puberty EARLIER cause my other bff is skinny like me and she is 11 and she wears a 32B bra and another girl is 9 she is skinny and tall she wear a 30C hope this helps..
