There is simply no scientifically proven link between marijuana and hair loss. Please read my article that explains that basically for every 100 people that say there's a clear link, there are 100 people who say that there isn't.

∙ 7y agoNo, smoking marijuana alone will not make your hair stop growing. This is a very controversial topic still, and research is still needed (beyond just marijuana). Marijuana is a vasodilator, so it widens blood flow and relaxes vessel walls for increased blood flow, so your blood pressure is lowered. This is where the controversy is - some will tell you that vasodilators accelerate hair loss, while others will say that it is the exact opposite and it is great for your hair. What we do know for sure is that a few factors will ultimate decide your hair loss: genetics, lifestyle (i.e. stress, health, food choices), and shampoo/conditioner usage. If you notice your hair is thin or not growing much, it is highly recommended that you use shampoo with Keratin in it. Different shampoos/conditioners can help prevent and maintain healthier hair as well.
