Yes it does because there are alot of germs in your body. Spitting in someones face does spread alot of germs. If you do spit in someone's face, it spreads about 25 billion germs to that person. It also could get someone very sick. So I suggest not spitting in someone's face.

its rude unless there is a genuine reason to your action. for example you might be sick and cant hold your cough.
any other reason is termed as just rude, ill mannered and uncivilized.
if you have to spit, use a handkerchief or rush to the nearest bathroom, if you feel like coughing, cover your mouth,use a hankie and excuse yourself when you are done. then sip a glass of water..
