Does sweating burn body fat?

No, sweating is just the body's compensatory mechanism to cool of or reduce the body's temperature. The action that results in the body to sweat whereas may burn fat. The rise of the body's temperature in the first place could be due to increase in metabolism, hormonal action and such. For eg exercising.
