no, unless u have to remove the compressor unit. The clutch can be replaced with out removing the compressor if you have room to do it.

It is absolutely worth replacing the compressor. Sometimes a compressor will have faults straight from the factory, but once replaced, your A/C should serve you well for the next 10-12 years. A faulty compressor does not mean the unit should be trashed too.
Check the A/C compressor.

No, just replace the radiator. The other one (in the front) is the condenser for the a/c system.
