If you are looking for the flasher, it is behind a cover panel underneath the steering column. Remove the cover and the flasher should be to the left of the column. It should be round and probably silver in color. It simply pulls out.

The turn signal flasher is found when you remove the kick panel under the steering wheel and looking to the right (kind of on the side of where the radio is at) you will see the back side of the clip. Feel around and you should feel the flasher. I wish I could explain it better, but that's the area you should be looking in.

It is inside the panel under steering wheel column. You have to remove the panel, it has two screws. turn signal flasher is on right side clipped to metal brace, the emergency flasher is on the left side attached the same way. The 1991 Pontiac turn signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay switch will be above the gas pedal.
remove plastic cover under steer colum shoukd be clipped where your right knee is up under dash get new one so you know what to look for its in a spring clip round
the flasher is located in the steering coloumn. you have to remove the kick panels on the drivers side to get at it
