As a matter of fact, they do! It all depends on how the female was raised and how much noise/songs/tunes were around her as she grew up. I had bought a boy cockatiel who never sang; just sqeeked a lot. I proceeded to buy a female and at 6 a.m. every morning she'd sing the same tune for about 5 minutes. Pretty soon the male learned the song. I figured that the girl would soon learn a noise or song before the male, so I taught her how to whistle like someone sexy was walking by, the howl of a wolf and the Star Wars theme song. You can teach them to sing, it just takes time and patience, or maybe you'll get lucky like I did and already have a vocal female.

∙ 11y agowell yes and no because they sing if they want to and there is only one differecne and that is the purpose of the song for females its to atracta male and for fun but for a male the purpose of the song is to atract a female and for space claim hey if it is not right sorry but im 11 and im in 5th grade
