Does ty like tinka on shake it up?

It is unclear if Ty does like Tinka. At the end of their date on "Add It Up", Ty did seem to be enjoying himself at the end. Tinka even gave him a kiss on the cheek. Ty also asked her on another date, but she turned him down because of their differences, but will think about it.

Gunta likes TInka as in shake it up they are brother and sister. They are also dance partners so it would be pretty impossible for Gunta not likening Tinka If you watch Shake it up on Disney Channel you can see instantly how they always say they are brother and sister.
