Does walking burn fat from your stomach?
Walking burns fat from your legs, stomach, arms, everywhere, as does all cardio exercise. Targeted weight loss doesn't tend to work, exercise burns fat all over the body. How much it burns depends on the intensity of the activity. Targeted muscle gain can be done, targeted fat loss cannot because you also need to change your eating habits.
Does lifting weights burn stomach fat as well?
if you are not interested in bodybuilding or strength training you can lift light weights in a fast pace for many sets and reps so you can do a form of cardio while muscle-toning which means you burn calories which means you burn fat and also stomach fat(but remember that stomach fat is the fat that will leave the hardest from your body)... i'd say you do cardio as well...

Will walking help you to lose a lot of stomach fat?
How do you lose stomach and leg fat?
burning fat is a daunting task. it is not as easy as it is portrayed. burning fat in one area of the body is not possible, to burn fat in the stomach or legs, you must burn fat from your whole body. To burn fat you have to run/ jog at a cardio pace -for weeks or even months-. Your body must learn to use fat as fuel instead of calories. i hope this is helpfull.
