Best Answer

Electric energy can be converted into many things, all of them are other forms of energy. Electric energy can be converted into heat energy, like in many stoves and ovens. Electric energy can be converted into sound energy, which happens in speakers. Electric energy can be converted into mechanical energy, like with electric motors in fans and other devices. Electric energy can be converted into light energy as with a light bulb.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have the technology to turn energy forms into matter as is shown in many sci-fi shows like Star Trek's replicators.

Every energy is able to change its type. For example sound energy can be converted into electrical , light, heat and in many other forms.

What energy transfers generate electricity in the dam's staction?

The water's potential energy is converted into mechanical energy (movement); this is then converted to electricity.

how mechanical energy converted to electricity?

Well, electricity energy is an energy source. Mechanical energy is the energy of potential energy and kinetic energy. A machine that runs on electricity and uses mechanical energy as a result is the conversion. When energy is converted, a small part is converted into thermal energy, or heat energy. Electricity is also a type of potential energy, because it is stored energy.

What is the energy of water converted to electricity?

It is kinetic energy.

How does nuclear energy power a device?

Typically the nuclear energy is converted to electricity and the electricity powers the device. No much differently than the chemical energy in fossil fuels is often converted to electricity and the electricity powers the device.

What can electical energy convert into?

Electric Energy can be converted into many different forms of energy. The most common type of energy electricity is converted into is light energy - as with a light bulb. Another form of energy electricity can be converted into would be kinetic (motion) energy.
