∙ 12y agoIf you have an Eevee, then it will be no problem evolving it to Umbreon/Espeon with happiness. Mine evolved into Umbreon at lv. 36. The problem is getting a specific one. The Eevee will evolve into either one randomly, and it will continue to try to evolve to that particular Pokemon only.
-------> to almost guaruntee ur evee evolves into an espeon let it hold the soothe bell and go to the energy guru and buy special attack and speed (they have to be the highest for optimum evolution. this may take a bit and it may evolve at a high level but i promise ull get what u want
or you you can use sun stone for espeon and moon stone for umbreon if you have eevee (I think you can give it a try).
