Nursing Intervention in one stage of the Nursing Process which includes Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. There is a loose taxonomy called the Nursing Interventions Classification [NIC] system which assigns particular common tasks to categories and clusters; this is being used more and more within electronic computer informatics systems for care delivery, research, and evidence-based practice.
