Provided you have not violated any law, you do two things: Make yourself scarce. Report the crimes to law enforcement. If however, you are being monitored by law enforcement, your roommates are being interrogated regarding you by law enforcement, you are being followed by law enforcement, and your property is being searched by law enforcement, then quite likely you have violated some law, and perhaps you should turn yourself in to law enforcement.
The best if you know who the thief is would be to contact your local law enforcement and let them handle it. If the public has more to fear from law enforcement agencies than it does from the criminals that the law enforcement agencies were created to deal with, then we would be better off without law enforcement.
