The start of the 'prevention' cycle is to be aware of your condition. Consult your healthcare practitioner and get regular health checks. Keep track of your condition and report and any changes in your health for evaluation. This will mean any changes in your condition can be quickly treated before it escalates to a bigger problem.

Leading a healthy diet and lifestyle is a key part of preventing Heart disease. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water. Eat complex carbohydrates as opposed to simple carbohydrates. Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily to ensure you maintain your physical health.

Be an energetic . You could slowly progress up to 2½ hrs (150 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic physical exercise (like brisk walking) each week or one hour and a quarter-hour (75 minutes) of strenuous intensity aerobic physical exercise (such as jogging or even running) or perhaps a mixture of both each week. In addition , on several days per week you will need muscle-strengthening activities basically all major groups of muscles (legs, sides, back, stomach, chest shoulders as well as arms).

Exercise is very important for the health of your heart because exercise keeps your body physically active. When your body is physically active your heart pumps blood through your body, and if your heart stops pumping blood through your body, scientifically, you will die.

Your heart is a muscle, simple as that, by exercising you will force your heart to work harder, thus "training" your heart muscles.

An heart attack mainly is caused by 3 things:

1. A genetically error in you body that makes the heartrythm go irregular

2. To much Adrenaline

3. "Heart Cramp"

The last one can be solved by doing exercises, cause by "heart" muscle, you will make it stronger, so it can take more before it gets "cramp". Not all exercises however help to train your heart muscle, mostly endurance sports, like cycling, running and swimming.

Because exercise is good for your heart. It gets your blood pumping and gets you cardiovascular system working at a steady pace. Without exercise you heart may become weak from lack of usage and your arteries may clog causing you to have a greater risk of acquiring heart disease.

The heart is a muscle, and needs a constant supply of oxygen in order to stay alive. Exercising burns fat, which also requires oxygen, and thus blood, to stay alive. So reducing your body fat reduces the load on your heart and reduces the number of times and strength with which it must beat to supply blood to your entire body. Exercising also increases your heart rate for a short period, which due to the repair mechanisms of muscles like the heart, will improve your heart's tensile strength which also reduces the efficiency of each subsequent beat. Thirdly, when more blood is forced through your arteries and veins, they stretch, and through similar mechanisms to muscle repair, become stronger and more flexible, reducing your resting blood pressure and reducing your risk of what's called arteriosclerosis, or hardening of the interior of your blood vessels.

While exercise is an important part of heart health, it will not remove the dangerous plaques that lead to peripheral and coronal infarctions (blocked blood vessels). The only way to avoid buildup of plaque in the blood is by eating low-fat, low-cholesterol foods in healthy portions (which pretty much means small portions).

Many people across the world suffer from heart problems which include strokes, valve dysfunctions, cardiac arrest, and heart attacks. Heart attacks and other common heart problems occur because of the unhealthy lifestyle, and blood supply failure through our body. Mainly, heart attack is caused by a failure of a muscle from the heart that does not get enough blood supply. This can happen when certain arteries are blocked by clots in the way of the blood passing through way. The medical term used for heart attack is coronary thrombosis.
