Most pear trees are deciduous, however, there are a few varieties in southeast Asia that are evergreen.
Also known as the Callery Pear, it is found mostly in China and Vietnam.
No, only animals can have predators. However there are animals that do eat prickly pears (including humans).
Actually, no
There is no such thing as a Pear computer nor does it exist as a company. It originated from Nickelodeon and is used on shows like iCarly and Zoey101 and is used because they cannot feature Apple products on their shows without some form of copy right issue from Apple. So they use "Pear Computers" instead. On iCarly there are also other forms of "Pear" products like the "Pear phone" a rip off of Apple's iPhone. This is not the first time some of Apple's products have featured on Nickelodeon show as they also appear in Ned's declassified. The computers shown on these shows either have the Apple/Macintosh/iPod/iPhone icon covered by a sticker or a pear or are not shown at all. Apple products are commonly used in TV ads and it seems like they generally choose either a PowerBook or a MacBook Pro.
Pear products also feature on a internet virtual reality game called 2nd life.
Love Pear - Used to breed 2 wajas
Gender Pear - Changes the waja's gender
Instant Birth Pear - Makes a pregnant waja birth pups immediately
Strange Pear - Increases mutation percentage by 1-5% in a waja
Normal Pear - Increases LQ (litter quantity) by 1-3%
Ice Pear - Decreses inbred amount by 1-5% (if they have any)
Male Pear - Increases possibility of having a male pup by 1-3%
well, there isn't a real difference in what they do. They are both needed to breed. You need to check your waja what pear to use. I don't know what happens if you use the wrong pear...
Edit: Love Pears have a wider variety of colors that the waja's pelt will turn out with, which are picked ranging from the mother's pelt colors to the father's pelt colors. Ancient Love Pears (ALP) get the exact median of the mother's and father's pelt colors. Both of them are used to breed, and both of them generate pups. Those are the only differences :3
If properly packed and if the cork is OK, there is no limit. The alcohol has no expiration date.

How far out does the root system of a Cleveland Pear tree go?
Pyrus is the botanical name for a popular group of deciduous trees that produce fruit known as 'Pears.' The English word 'Pear' derives from its botanical name Pyrus which is Latin. Most pears that we enjoy today are a species of a larger genus and are known as Pyrus Communis, also Latin. Bartlett, Bosc and Comice are examples of Pyrus Communis.
yellow when ripe, has red blush but are usually brown or green
Most pears are yellow when ripe, but some varieties may be red all over (e.g. D'Anjou, Corella) or have a red blush (e.g. Lemon Bergamot - which is a pear, not a lemon!) and Buerre Bosc pears are brown. Unripe pears are green.
