Natalya Lisovskaya is a retired Soviet athlete who specialized in the shot put event. She is best known for setting a world record in the women's shot put that still stands to this day, with a throw of 22.63 meters in 1987. Lisovskaya won multiple gold medals in shot put at major international competitions during her career.

There are no specific health and safety rules for the shot put, except that when someone is attempting the put, no one can stand in front of the circle, because that puts them in danger

My closest friend in my school who is 11yr can throw a 15 meter, but he won the record for 12yr in Singapore so that might be an unusual exception. I'm a girl and I threw a 9.41 meter so yeah, I think the average for a boy is around 10 meters.

There is no "scoring" system is shot put and discus. Each throw is measured and for each participant, their furthest thow recorded and is their final "score". The competitor with the furthest throw wins.

Detailed rules differ by state, but here are some general rules. The thrower is forbidden from stepping out of the circle until the official gives him clearance. Some areas allow the thrower to step ON the line as long as he is not OVER the line, but in many areas stepping on the line disqualifies the thrower. The discus must land within the two lines that form the throwing sector. If it lands outside of the line, it is called a scratch-aka it doesn't count. This is another area where the rules change depending on where you are- in some places the throw will count if the disc lands on the line; in other places that throw would be a scratch.

Well I'm 13 right now and My personal best was 9.64 m so on average you should be able to throw around 7-8 meters

it would probably be easier just to buy one. Get a 6 lb. circular weight and there ya go.
