In "A Wrinkle in Time," the children Charles Wallace, Meg, and Calvin have been gone for about one day in their time, but due to the concept of time travel through tesseracts, their absence spans more than two years in Earth time.

In the book "A Wrinkle in Time" by Madeleine L'Engle, the Mrs. W's are celestial beings named Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Which. They are mysterious and powerful entities who guide the protagonist, Meg Murry, and her friends on their journey to rescue Meg's father and save the universe from a dark force known as IT.

extension of IT, IT suggests that Camazotz is a

perfect society "Everybody exactly alike." Meg finds

that everybody conforming as one being is not a

perfect society and that being the same does not

put everyone on the same level saying "No! Like and

equal are not the same thing at all!" This shows that

in the beginning of the text Meg longs to

conform to society's expectations but by the end

thinks that everybody conforming and being alike is

bad and embraces that she does not meet her

worlds expectations.

Charles Wallace and Calvin are both supportive and caring towards Meg. They both possess inner strength and courage, and they demonstrate a willingness to work together as a team to accomplish their goals in the story.

When someone on Camazotz has a cold in "A Wrinkle in Time," they are taken away by the Central Intelligence so that they can be "corrected" and made to conform to the uniformity that the planet values. This correction involves removing their individuality and uniqueness, resulting in a loss of freedom and personal identity.

Charles Wallace's faults are pride and arrogance. He believes that he can deliberately go into IT and come out. So he stares into the eyes of the Prime Coordinator (The Guy with Red Eyes.) He ultimately becomes manipulated by IT.
