no pirahnas are lower quality knock offs than spyder, they are not too bad for starters but spyder is better if you have a choice
To defeat Petey Piranha, you must fill him up with water while his mouth is open. Then you must ground pound on his stomach when he falls over.

No. Oscars are in the Cichlid family that contains others species like JacK Depseys and Angelfish. Piranah are Characins and that group contains species like Neon Tetras and Silver Dollars etc..
Definately not in the plural form. A 10 gal tank in use only holds around 8 gals or so. 1 Piranha would be over maximum capacity.. The basic rules are. 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water (a Piranha is about a 10 inch fish) Every tank must have a permanently running cycled filter. Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week.
Piranha's have a very meaty taste. They are actually quite tasty. I would almost relate the taste to the fat off a ribeye steak, however it is still soft and flakey as most any other fish. The only problem with them is that they are quite boney.
As they get older the tend to get more dark gray to a black with some silver spots. The red on their bellies changes to white though if they are not in light for awhile
no, the other way around.

incredibly smart, some scientists believe they can solve puzzles and even communicate with humans using a simple alphabet.
i think some one could have up to 8
Technically they don't get pregnant, they're egg layers and not easy to breed in captivity anyway. If you have one and it's looking chubby, it's more likely to have a gut load of internal parasites or have over-eaten.
they enjoy ripping off inocent peoples body appendages while they are swimming, or feeding them. most people try to be nice and friendlytowards piranha's, but no. . . . . they are evil little fish devils that decide to be cannibalistic towards one another's babies. and don't forget their obsesive mood towards foreplay with feet. just sayin...
The time takes longer, but it depends on the crowd.

5 inchs to 5 feet.
no they are not. the reason being is that people are stupid enough to dump them into lakes and rivers and end up killing the natural fish. i don't think the punishment is very severe though, small fine and the fish taken from you. if you are just a person who want a piranha to look cool don't get one, if you are a experienced aquarioust than go for it at your own risk.
Piranhas mate for about 4-5 weeks in spring
circle oval shape

It is said that Roosevelt witnessed a school of piranha's devour a whole cow in around two minutes. If that is true, than a school of piranha's could eat a human being in around a minute. They are not any meaner then any other predator. they are just made scarier by the movies.Any animal that eats other animals do so by biting chunks out of them. if the animal that is eaten is killed reasonably quickly then that is good luck to them. We humans, especial the ones that live in the city's and think milk comes out of bottles and meat comes from plastic packages have no idea what mean… Read More
Australia does not have any piranhas in the wild.
South America, and Africa
They cost an arm and a leg. Hehe
maybe tey are eaten by a shark....:(
If you introduce your piranhas to other fish when your piranhas are babies they MIGHT leave them alone, other then that pretty much whatever you put in there will get eaten. I have a Redtail Blue Botia in with mine but he hides in spots that my piranha cant get to.
pirana looks like a 15 or 18, 12 it looks like one scene of torture and horror
Yeah in the Final scene it is revealed that the piranha's are only the babies of the pack and that they have yet to fully mature, stunned Adam Scott asks what a mature piranha would look like and at that instant a piranha the size of a dog leaps out of the water biting him and pulling him underwater killing him
Rated R for sequences of strong bloody horror violence and gore, graphic nudity, sexual content, language and some drug use.
Lake havasu channel in lake havasu city Arizona
they can definitely jump I own one at my home and it tried to bite my finger but it faild because I removed my finger faster than the piranha and then guess what it jumped for it so if a piranha was hungry yes it could jump out of the water and bite you and return to the water again so the answer is yes and remember that piranhas hunt in packs
