Spread the entire said of a flour tortilla with your spread, then layer your turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. (I also use avocados) Then, once you have all toppings in there, fold the tortilla up, towards the middle, approximately 1 inch from the bottom. Then, turn the tortilla so that the folded bottom is towards one of your hands. Begin to roll the tortilla up, from one side to the other, and the spread you used should help hold it together. You can try assorted meats, cheeses, spreads, vegetables, and flavored tortillas--the possibilities are endless.
