I assume you are speaking about your spark plug. If that is the case, the first thing you should do is get an air hose and blow any porcelain particles out of the plug recess in the head. Then you can use a deep socket that fits the spark plug. The top of the plug doesn't have to be on for you to take the remains of the plug out. I would highly suggest buying a quality spark plug socket to use for this if you don't have one already. And if you can get an impact socket to fit down in the recess and go on the shoulders of the plug, so much the better. As regards the screw extractor, it shouldn't be a problem either - as long as it didn't hit the threads on the plug hole in the head. If the shoulders of the plug have been damaged so a socket won't fit on them, it is possible to remove just enough metal with a small sharp chisel to get the socket back on. Just be extremely patient and work carefully.
Electrode gap: 0.7 - 0.8 mm Spark plug: NGK CR9E For '94 - '04 Kawasaki ZX-7r Source: Haynes Service Manual hope this helps!
NGK recommend NGK CR9E with a gap of 0.7mm (alternatively use NGK CR9EIX - iridium electrode for better spark)
