It's far better to follow the tire pressure recommended on the tire than on the vehicle.
Follow the recommendations on the sidewall of the tire.....not the vehicle.
As far as I know , once the tire is inflated to the correct pressure , all you have to do is drive the vehicle
As far as I know , after the tire(s) are inflated to the proper pressure , driving the vehicle for at least 1 minute will reset the tire pressure monitor
