There is a blower fan under the glove compartment on the passenger side of the interior held in by 3 8mm bolts. If you take those out, you will release the motor. If you buy a new one you can try getting a replacement one from a store like NAPA auto parts.

If power is getting to blower: Check for ground Hot wire motor to see if it works--if not replace blower Check the thermal resistors in the blower/fan assembly. Better buy them at your Honda dealer. Its not that expensive.
