Go to slowpoke well in the Johto Region, (if you want it and you don't have any Pokemon game, All I know that if you start with HG(Heart Gold),SS(Soul Silver), or Pokemon Gold, you start or can go to the Johto Region) you need strength and surf however to talk to the guy that has the king rock. Another way is to but it with 3000 althete points at the Pokeathon Dome on Certain days. (one is Sunday)

∙ 7y agoA King's Rock can be found in Celestic Town while using the Dowsing Machine. (This only applies to Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum) You can also find Poliwhirl, Slowbro, and Hariyama holding a King's Rock in the wild.
