Yes, Someone has been killed by a vending machine. It's fell on someone. And it has electricuted someone by if it was wet. Listen to this, April 16th, 1979, Robert Wenhower was killed after A vending machine was wet and he wanted a bag of chips. Than he touched it and was killed. Body was found at night. This happened in Nebraska.
