If you mean "Did the band KISS ever reunite with their founding members?", then, yes. From 1996-2001, the band's lineup included KISS' four founding members (Ace Frehley, Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss) until Peter Criss quit again in 2001, reportedly unhappy with his salary.
