You should only have 44 psi at WOT - maybe you have a faulty fuel pressure regulator.
that means power is still getting to the ignition coil. make sure that nothing is connected to the terminals on the coil.
you probably need to get a new head or have your head machined
I have 255,000 on a 1987 Nissan 300zx and still running strong. As long as you maintain the car and change the oil evry 3000 mi it should last a long time.
you have to remove the motor and it still a painfull time consuming job
first check for juice. it sounds like your not getting power to the coil. check with a test light. if your not getting power work back to the source proboly a fuse of some sort in the engine compartment
Try checking the fuel pressure regulator.

If you are certain it is low fuel pressure and you've changed the pump and filter the next thing would be the fuel pressure regulator. Also check to make sure none of the fuel lines are crushed closed.
Make sure the radiator fan is working.
