Ever is a long time. I would guess a lot of us have been in a pretty dress or a skirt at least once at some point in our lives. Possibly most of us.
Some of us might have done it because we were curious. Or for a spirit event at school. Or because we lost a bet and our friends thought it would be cute. Or maybe we had an older sister who talked us into it. Like so many "forbidden" things, most of us have indulged at least once to see how it felt.
There aren't as many of us who actually liked it (though I'd guess more than would admit it!), but some of us certainly do. I own several skirts and dresses, and wear them occasionally (with heels and makeup, of course). I don't want to date boys, or be a full-time girl. Some of us like feeling pretty too sometimes!
Be how you are, and do what makes you feel good. Nobody else's opinion matters.

It depends what you mean. Officially, I was "forced" to go to a school dance in a formal dress, makeup, and heels because I lost a bet. Of course, I lost the bet on purpose.
