first on 1 face make a cross. Then fill in the corners. next move pieces from the top layer to the 2nd. now make a cross on the top face aline it move the corners in position then flip them. now you should have solved it.

you take it apart by going to an edge piece and sticking a flathead screwdriver under it and push un til it pops out and the rest of the pieces should come out easily
