This has to do with the strength of its shell. If you hold an egg in your hand and wrap you fingers around it then squeeze with equal force all around, the egg will not break. This is because the curvature of the egg, like the arches in Roman aqueducts, is very strong.
Here are the steps to doing this: Take a sewing needle make a small hole in the top make a bigger hole on the bottom place a bowl underneath the egg blow on the top of the egg the yoke will seep out of the bottom and into the bowl. I know this sounds disgusting, but trust me it works. I would not however recommend eating raw egg.
Carefully?
Actually, you can boil the egg in water for a period of time and then when done, peal the hard shell off. A soft boiled egg takes anywhere from 4-5 minutes after placing in boiling water, and a hard boiled egg takes about 10-12 minutes.
you can only do that once a year during one of the two equinoxes. that is when there is an equal amount of daylight and nighttime, where our part of the earth is pointing directly at the sun.
yes it takes a little patience (sometimes a lot).
yes ... but you have to cut the egg in half first
No. The day or time of year makes no difference. Try it yourself.
Yes you can it is true you can
It depends on how far the egg has to drop. In High School we had to do 1 story, about 10 feet drop with only 1 sheet of 8x10 paper. The most successful projects involved a combination of an airfoil design parachute with some crumbled up paper under the egg to act as a cushion.
Your goal here will be to dissipate the kinetic energy of the falling egg in some way rather than breaking the egg. Energy is going to be conserved, one way or another. Any of this energy that can be used to do work on something else is work that will not be available to break the egg. This means that you want to build a structure to surround that will undergo "controlled crushability". You want the structure to collapse without completely coming apart. Assemble your structure so that paper will tear, straws will bend, tape will rip etc. You will also want the structure to distribute any force that is applied to the egg evenly across the surface of the egg. The real issue here is "energy conservation".
make a big parachute
Invert the cooled flask and place it in the wire gauze without the wire gauze.adjust the egg inside the flask in a vertical position with its pointed side/part directly situated at the entrance leading to the mouth of the flask.heat evenly the wide part of the flask using low flame for a minute. The expected result is that the egf will slowly get outside the flask
If The egg soaks in White Vinegar then the White vinegare will make the egg bounce the highest.
Make the car out of a frame of popsicle sticks and the egg will not break.
One way to drop an egg without breaking it is to use a lot of padding and put the egg in a container.
You can't. You must first crack the egg out of the shell (you can't bake with the egg shell). And you have to mix in the egg into the batter. Otherwise you will end up with a cooked egg in your cake.
It has a soft tush ;)
wrap it in a piece of paper shaped as a cone with the egg at the point.
You can glue toothpicks in layers around the egg then make a container for the egg to go in.Also, you can put super glue around the egg.I think if you did this your egg would withstand the fall.
Ones with no teeth....? :)
Ethan is Cool.
Cook it first and then roll it
make a pretective container.
apply vinegar on the egg.then keep it for a few days.and that is how
put it in vinegar for 24 hours or + or have fun sanding it with sand paper:)
