If the pdf file doesn't have too many pages, you can take screen shots of each page.(Just press the "Print screen" button in the keyboard and paste the image in the MS paint program.)

Step 1: Open Bitwar PDF Converter and choose PDF to Image tool from the Convert from PDF menu.
