YOUR FUEL FILTER IS LOCATED UNDER YOUR VEHICLE JUST IN FRONT OF YOUR FUEL TANK, I JUST CHANGED MINE SO,GET A NEW FUEL FILTER AND A HOSE REPLACEMENT THEN TAKE OUT THE FUSE UNDER THE HOOD OF YOUR CAR FOR (FULE LINE)SO IT WONT LEAK FULE WHEN YOU REMOVE IT THEN,JUST UNBOLT ONE SIDE OF THE OLD FUEL FILTER AND CUT OFF THE HOSE ON THE OTHERSIDE THEN REPLACE FILTER AND THE HOSE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO JACK THE CAR UP HOWEVER,IF YOU HAVE A BEER BELLY MAYBE YOU WILL NEED TO JACK IT UP SOME TO GET UNDER THE CAR,AFTER YOU REPLACE THE FUEL FILTER AND THE NEW HOSE TO THE FUEL FILTER,THE OTHER END OF THE NEW HOSE WILL CONNECT TO THE OLD HOSE AND IT WILL SEEM LIKE YOU HAVE ALOT OF EXTRA HOSE LEFT,THEN GO BACK UNDER THE HOOD AND HOOK YOUR FUSE BACK UP AND TURN YOUR KEY ON THEN LOOK UNDER THE BACK OF YOUR CAR TO MAKE SURE THIERS NOT A LEAK RUNNING OUT ON THE GROUND JUST TO BE SURE THEN START IT UP AND CHECK AGAIN THEN SMILE REAL BIG BECAUSE IT HAS ALL BEEN FIXED AND YOUR GAS MILAGE WILL BE MUCH BETTER ALSO,IM GETTING CLOSE TO 38 40 MPG.AND IM VERY HAPPY:-)
where is the fuel filter located on a 2003 Pontiac sunfire
You can find the 2005 Pontiac Sunfire air filter the inside of the air filter housing.. The air filter housing will be in the engine compartment.
A 1997 Pontiac Sunfire has an AC Filter located in the cabin. The filter can be found behind the glove compartment and is used replaceable.
The fuel filter on a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire is in the rear between the fuel tank and the rear axle. By the way its under the car and easy to change takes about 10 minutes.
The 2002 Pontiac sunfire does not have a cabin filter. The air flows freely either in fresh air or recirculation modes.
it at the back of your gas tank
next to the tank
I've never had to change mine, but it's an in-line filter located near the gas tank.
Um, which filter? Gotta be more specific.
There is none. This vehicle does not have a air filter for HVAC ventilation.
I recommend changing it every 50,000 miles unless it is a permanent filter that requires no maintenance.
